The second selling event of the season which I am taking part in is... Christmas at the Mill
This is our "open studio" event, where myself and the other Islington Mill residents will be offering a range of beautiful, limited-edition pieces for sale; ceramics from Beverley Gee and Clare Hartley, textiles from Nerissa Cargill Thompson, don'tbitchstitch handmade books from Gemma Lacey as well a host of others selling seasonal goods.
There will also be a feast of festive favourites to enjoy, mulled wine, homemade soup and mince pies are all on the menu, and the bar will be open too.
With music from members of BBC Philharmonic Orchestra performing it will surely be a fun evening to start the countdown to Christmas.

We are a 10/15min walk from Spinningfields/Manchester town centre.
From MediaCityUK jump on the number 9 bus (free to BBC employees) to Salford Crescent train station, then walk down Chapel Street.
